What is an AI Scout?

An AI Scout is one use of our AI-powered contact extraction feature. Each time you use "Scout" from the right-click menu, it counts as one AI scout. Contact Scout automatically detects whether you've selected text or an image.

What is Offline Mode?

Offline Mode extracts contact information locally in your browser using regex patterns — no data is sent to any server. Enable it in Settings when you need to work without internet.

Do AI scouts roll over?

No — AI scouts and Scout Pack scouts expire at the end of your current billing period and are not carried over at renewal. Buy Scout Packs when you need them.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from the billing portal. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Is there a refund policy?
